This second-generation model combines a redesigned exterior with QuietControl active noise cancellation, Bose TrueSpatial immersive audio, lossless USB-C digital listening, Bluetooth 5.4 multipoint connectivity, improved call performance, and up to 24 hours of battery life. The Rosewood Mauve finish pairs a deep mauve exterior with vivid pink accents for a more expressive look. The QuietControl active noise-cancellation system uses six microphones and adaptive processing to reduce surrounding environmental sound while helping compensate for changes in the earcup seal. This can help maintain consistent ANC performance when wearing glasses, hats, or when hair affects the seal around the cushions. Quiet Mode provides strong noise reduction, while Aware Mode allows surrounding sound to pass through when greater situational awareness is needed. ActiveSense Technology improves the Aware Mode experience by helping soften sudden loud environmental sounds. This makes passing vehicles, trains, machinery, and other abrupt noises less disruptive while still allowing the listener to remain aware of the surrounding environment. Noise cancellation levels and custom listening modes can be adjusted through the Bose app. Bose TrueSpatial Technology creates a broader, more externalized sound presentation. Still Mode keeps the virtual soundstage anchored in place, Motion Mode allows the soundstage to follow the listener’s movement, and Cinema Mode expands movies, podcasts, and video content while helping keep dialogue centered and clear. For wired listening, the headphones support lossless digital audio through USB-C at up to 24-bit/48 kHz. The USB-C connection also supports microphone audio for compatible calls, conferencing, gaming, and computer use. The headphones can remain operational while charging through USB-C, making them useful for longer desk, travel, and entertainment sessions. Wireless connectivity uses Bluetooth 5.4, with an approximate range of up to 30 feet under suitable conditions. Bluetooth multipoint allows two compatible devices to remain connected simultaneously, making it easier to transition between a phone, laptop, tablet, or other supported source without repeated pairing. Battery life reaches up to approximately 24 hours during standard listening and up to approximately 18 hours with Immersive Audio enabled. A complete recharge takes approximately three hours, while a 15-minute quick charge can provide up to approximately 2.5 hours of additional playback. The refreshed physical design uses smooth, pill-shaped earcups, a wider adjustable headband, and plush removable protein-leather cushions. The headphones weigh approximately 230 grams, helping maintain the lightweight and comfort-focused character of the QuietComfort family. They also fold for compact transport and storage inside the included carrying case. Physical earcup controls provide access to playback, volume, calls, listening modes, and programmable shortcuts. The Bose app adds adjustable EQ, custom listening modes, ANC configuration, Bluetooth management, shortcut customization, and firmware updates. | Bundle | | Bose | QuietComfort Headphones 2nd Gen Over-Ear Wireless Power | Rosewood Mauve | Best Buy
